‘Rich’ or ‘poor’ is a matter of perspective. A millionaire can boast of being a millionaire, his greatest nightmare being poor, and he will thus never enter Jesus. Jesus is the kingdom of God, and his only nightmare is losing any soul to hell. Conversely, a billionaire can sincerely just see all of his billions as belonging to Jesus, sincerely being ready to give everything up for the sake of saving souls, until Jesus trusts him to spend as much as he wants — because his heart, purified by the Holy Spirit, cannot be tainted by the idolatry of looking better than everyone else.

Such a scenario is impossible with man but very possible with God. In fact the greatest miracle is not the healing of the body but the prospect of surrounding a human being with privilege and ensuring he is still a true worshiper, full of the Holy Spirit.

Satan can easily and is easily spritually killing many believers when these saints gain a little privilege. Many believers are like the millionaire, whose worst nightmare becomes being poor, and they wander out of Jesus because the devil magnetizes all idolatrous hearts to himself — as all non-worshiping hearts belong to him. Jesus has no other option but to allow the devil to take what is his, even if Satan must still ask for permission to kill anyone he owns.

Idolatry is dangerous. Jesus is invoking mercy to maintain alot of believers on earth, reminding the devil, “I have a right to invoke mercy because you are also enjoying mercy: you deserved to be in the lake of fire the minute you sinned and became Satan.”

God’s mercy — which is very complicated — as Jesus has to have a sense of equality (from Adam to the infant being born now) — runs the world; if we keep on boasting and having no mercy, the devil, at a certain time and place, will be given the green light to finish the heart he owns — to hell. God owns streets of gold, thus our idea of ‘rich’ is pathetic to his mind, and if souls would only be saved by having streets on earth to be streets of Gold, we would be now walking on gold.

Saving souls is beyond human comprehension, the reason the blood of Jesus is priceless. Many poor people, boasting of the little they have, will end up in hell, thus poverty is not holy and it does not excuse anyone from embracing Jesus. But poor people who embrace Jesus in their lack, discerning the human soul as priceless, are most precious worshipers to God.

Wealth does not make you praise or hate God. Lucifer and his angels walked on streets of gold, never lacking anything, but they still blasphemed God — whilst Michael and other angels still serve in heaven. But the western world scoffs at the idea of God because they feel rich. Yet the billionaire who is sincerely not moved by his wealth can even heal the sick, whilst heading to his mansion in heaven.

This is why hope and faith are only concerned about saving and sanctifying souls — not gaining any other thing. We are not pagans — who make our prayers revolve around bodily needs. Jesus came on earth to save and santify souls; he did not come to ‘improve the earth or our lifestyle’.

Have faith of having the best conditions and situations of winning and refining souls. Then hope to win and refine the souls. True signs and wonders, including houses, cars and partnerships, MUST follow this true hope and faith. The pricelessness of winning and discipling a soul to Christ mandates Christ to give us resources we could have never sweated for.

People get minimum resources because they are leading people to low level worship. Higher worship leading mandates heaven to gift us higher resources, which mostly are about excellent art to preach Jesus and accompanying glory when preaching him. Resources are not tangible tools even if they include tangible tools.

And we must just believe and proclaim we have received the RESOURCES (not blessings). People and worship are the only blessings we should pursue — and then give back to Christ.
